• Focus groups, in-homes and online moderating

• Creation of "insights videos" with production management or from supplied footage
• Recruiting: intake call with client, writing screener, hiring a vendor/facility, overseeing daily grids/quotas

• Project Management/Logistics: creating research logistics documents (directions, travel info, etc.), liaising with facility on room needs, back room management, note-taking (local or long distance)

Pairing her broad experience in interviewing for video production with her keen interest in consumer behavior, Jenny has designed and overseen projects for clients such as Target, Bacardi, MillerCoors, General Mills and 3M. She has conducted both one-on-one interviews and focus groups for clients such as Children’s Television Workshop, Logitech, JennAir, Braun, PetDesk and City of Cambridge.
Jenny worked at boutique research supplier Axen Research from 2010 – 2014, most recently serving as Strategic Director. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Pomona College and a Masters in Education from Claremont University.
